Special thanks to Auberge restaurant and Jordan Cafe (مقهى الأردن) in downtown Amman.
Jana Zeineddine was spotted treading in her knock-off Karen Millens in downtown Amman. And although this recently-labeled “Nouveau Riche” actress has been transformed from Chav to Chic, she remains true to her old ways. Her Jordanian husband lured her to Amman from her Texas trailer set, and her “white trash lifestyle” lured her to the streets, where she continues to opt for a more personal shopping experience. Spectators could not help but stare at her while she viciously ate bizr as she strutted her stuff on Friday afternoon, shells spattered on the floor and mounting around her feet. Maybe it could be concluded that you can take a girl out of the trailer but you can’t take the trashiness out of the girl. Surrounding the controversy, My.Kali joins her in awe!
The First World War might have stirred the beginnings of a sexual revolution in the West, but in the Middle East, it’s still a man’s world. Women, here, do have the joy of making noise, speaking up and speaking out, especially in public spaces. And luckily, there’s usually someone with an argument to make.
